In-Network Options
We are in-network with the following insurance companies:

We will verify your benefits prior to your first session. Your plan may have a deductible, copay and/or coinsurance that you are responsible for. A credit card will be kept on file, in a secure program, to charge all session fees.
You are not required to use insurance for your treatment. You have the right to opt out and pay privately if you desire.
Out-of-Network Option
We will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company. You will be expected to pay the full session fee at each visit. Your insurance company may reimburse you for any amount that they cover or the fees will be put toward your out-of-network deductible.
Private Pay
If you do not have insurance or choose not to use it, you can privately pay per session. Session fees are collected at each visit. All fees will be discussed prior to your first session.
Cancellation Policy / No Show Policy
If you should need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24-hour notice. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the full fee if a scheduled appointment is missed without notification.
